At SHIFT we help women embrace and release their emotions through dance so that they can come back home to who they are. 

I Can't Take Away Your Pain, but I Will Show You How to Feel It and Let It Go

When emotions are left unattended, they can store themselves in the body and negatively impact our stress response, sleep, relationships, physical and mental health.     

 

I created SHIFT to help you move through your emotions. By combining mindfulness, dance choreography, guided movement and self-expression, we are able to identify our feelings, release them and come back home to who we are.
