When emotions are left unattended, they can store themselves in the body and negatively impact our stress response, sleep, relationships, physical and mental health.
I created SHIFT to help you move through your emotions. By combining mindfulness, dance choreography, guided movement and self-expression, we are able to identify our feelings, release them and come back home to who we are.
